How do you put all the techniques together?
The key to putting all the techniques together including Boxing,
elbows, knees, round house and front kicks is in the footwork.
1)
Footwork (9 styles of footwork to choose from)
2)
How to partner up, well matched together.
3)Using a specific routines to practice over and over again.
4)
Exchanging techniques with your partner (Before students exchange
techniques, they must learn how to avoid taking punishment by
angling the body as the attack comes in from either side. This is
the safest way for students to know how to train together
