Group Lesson

Our group sessions include a mix of pad work, bag work, and sparring, which makes it's perfect for anyone looking to increase their Muay Thai skills and overall fitness.

Pad Work - working on excellent timing and technique
Bag Work - every routine we teach is guaranteed to improve technique and stamina
Sparring - what you learn here will be second to none. Learning and practicing techniques in a controlled manner

We have weeklymonthly and yearly packages available and the sessions run 6 days a week.

Muay Thai for MMA

Learn how to train Muay Thai to fight in MMA STYLE. Use Master Toddy's experience speaks for itself, having trained many MMA and UFC FIGHTERS, such as TITO ORTIZRANDY COUTURE,STEPHAN BONNAR and GINA CARANO.

You have to adapt all your weapons for closer distance and sharper footwork. In addition, you will also be taught to best position your body for the right attack and defense, and preparing yourself to turn at angles so you are always at the optimum advantage. We know how to win!

Boxing Course

Sharp course experience, we trained fighters well known in the world where our fighters win with a great techniques of  boxing. We teach, train and involve in a lot of boxing from ThailandEngland and America. We can teach youtrain you and get you a fight around the world

Sparring Course

Learning how to spar can be one of the hardest things for a fighter, but it’s one of the most important things to learn. You have to know how to use combinations, think quickly, how to spar against different types of fighters and also finding a partner to work well with.

You will learn!

  • How to control your sparring and doing specified drills so you can work with a partner you trust and not get hurt.
  • Learn a step by step system, introducing all limbs gradually using attack, defense and countering
  • Correct footwork and set up
  • Learn how to make friends and work well with your sparring partner
  • Learn what to do for different defense and counter scenarios

You will also be given homework to practice so you can implement it into your training regime.

Elbow Course

Using elbows are dangerous because they are so powerful and sharp. There are two types of elbows: one that can cut and the other which can achieve a knock out

You will Learn!

  • Good defense and positioning
  • Train all different kinds of elbows from defense to attack position and when is the right time to strike with an elbow
  • How to close to the distance successfully and use elbow with quickness & power

You will also be given homework to practice so you can implement it into your training regime.

Knee Course

There are more than 10 kinds of knees and many types grabs or clinches to use knees. In Thailand, it is common practice to do knee drill for hours a day. Once you become more advanced in using knees, it will give you the upper hand because no other Martial Arts can get out of knees by clinching.

You will learn!

  • How to position your body to see what will work with different types of knee strikes
  • How to feel and practice what kind of knee weapon your opponent will use and what you can do to counter
  • Put together all grabs, body positions and knees to form combinations
  • Improve your balance and use your opponents weight against them
  • The system of Diesel Noi ‘King of the Knee’, ex Lumpinee Stadium Champion

You will also be given homework to practice so you can implement it into your training regime.

Front Kick Course

On this course, you will learn how to master different types of front kicks for both defense and attack scenarios, how to use  it effectively, and how to generate more power.

You will learn! 

How to use a front kick to stop all different kinds of attacks
Execution of a knock out kick to your opponent
How to throw off your opponent by using it as defense
The most effective ways to use it on different types of fighters
Timing drills and various types of front kicks
Sparring using front kicks
Improving balance

You will also be given homework to practice so you can implement it into your training regime.

Round Kick Course

There are over 10 variations of powerful and destructive round kicks.

This course is to sharpen your skills so you are the most accurate and efficient when you are setting your kick up, timing it and crushing your opponent.

You will learn!

• How to use a Roundhouse kick to execute all different kinds of attacks
• Execution of a knock out kick to your opponent
• How to throw kick by using it as counterattack
• The most effective ways to use it on different types of fighters
• Timing drills and various types of Roundhouse Kicks

K.O. Course

There’s a lot more to achieving a knock-out in a fight than just throwing a kick or punch. As well as having a heart in the ring, timing, positioning and knowing what weapon to use are all majorly significant factors in accomplishing that final blow.

You will learn!

  • Perfect positioning for the set up
  • Timing the set up precisely
  • Setting up the correct weapon, such as the ‘Cobra’ punch and working on accuracy
  • How to use different drills using an array of equipment to combine all of the above
  • How to not show your weapon before the strike, catching your opponent off guard keeping it sharp and heavy

You will also be given homework to practice so you can implement it into your training regime.

Muay Boran Course

This is the ancient Martial Art of Thailand. Its aim is to break the opponent, ultimately, kill. It was used in many wars throughout Thailand’s history and is a great form of self-defense. In order to train, you need to have a succinct system to train in this art step-by-step, learning in a safe and controlled manner. You can learn all the techniques just like Tony Jaa (Ong Bak)!

You will learn!

  • Great effective defensive skills that are as effective as an attack, and combining them together
  • Learn how to fight more than one person at a time
  • Be taught all the authentic movements
  • Muay Boran has different ways of attack not used in another Martial Art, like the flying double-elbow. This is because attacks to the enemy were often high paced and from above and airborne
  • If you’re already an instructor, you will learn techniques that ensure your classes will remain exciting and keep students coming back
  • The techniques are easy to learn, so it’s great for all abilities and ages

You will receive a syllabus and homework for you to practice so you will be ready for the next level, and achieving a certification dependent on the level completed.

Krabi Krabong Course

Along with Muay Boran, this is one of the oldest Thai Martial Arts so they were often used in conjunction with one another, because if you dropped your weapons you were then able to use your hands and feet. It’s a real fighting art that uses a lot of power and its weapons are more effective than you’ve ever seen. It’s great, fantastic for self-defence because you can use almost anything as a weapon once you learn Krabi Krabong and your physical strength and inner strength, you will improve greatly.

You will learn!

  • Learn to use two swords, one at a time, attaining basic movements of attack- which way is the most effective and knowing why
  • Structured system of learning
  • How to protect yourself at all times using the sword
  • The use of controlled power when sparring
  • Learn both attack and defense for every move

You will receive a syllabus and homework for you to practice so you will be ready for the next level, and achieving a certification dependent on the level completed.
