A refund may be considered ONLY if your embassy officially rejects your visa application.
To request a visa-related refund, you must provide the following:
Official written rejection letter from the embassy
Proof of purchase / payment receipt
Your full name and contact details
Once all documents are verified, we will review your case and confirm eligibility.
No other refund circumstances will be accepted.
